We will adapt as much as possible to what you think is important for your child. Together, we want the best for your child. In doing so, we follow our Partou Pedagogy and the agreements in the location guide. Maybe this is different from what you are used to at home. We are happy to explain why we do things the way we do. We are open and transparent and believe that mutual respect, honesty and equality are very important and therefore would like to get to know you, without (pre)judgments. We respect differences, because everyone is unique. We recognize and value them. We would also like to look for similarities with you. We respect your relationship with your child. We discuss our insights with you in a respectful manner. We are in it together.
This is how we do it
Childcare is an addition to what happens at home. Just like primary school or the sports club. Based on their professional and expert role, our pedagogical staff will build a warm relationship of trust with you and your child. In order to ensure a smooth transition from home to childcare and vice versa. That relationship goes beyond just exchanging information, so that you are really involved in how your child feels at daycare. We provide an atmosphere in which we can talk about your child's development, about how he is feeling and what is needed to guide him well. This will give your child more motivation, develop faster and learn more easily.
An addition to home
We join you and your child in the journey of upbringing. We are there at all stages of development and celebrate milestones with you: from your baby at daycare to your teenager at out-of-school care. And from the first tour to the farewell. We do this together with you and with teachers and other stakeholders. We call this pedagogical partnership. A good, warm network of people who work well together will help your child to develop.
